1 Introduction & Applicability

Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed and balances forfeited at any time. Each individual is permitted one account only — if multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all of them will be closed.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Dispute Resolution

2. If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint and we will respond within 72 hours.
3. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party arbitrator.
